Shipping labels in WooCommernce Shipping

    I have credit cards on file and my wordpress.com account connected and the site cannot retrive the payment methods when I try to create a shipping label in WooCommerce.

    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    I do see your card on file under your WordPress.com account. However, the WooCommerce Team would be best fit to help you in this matter in regards to not being able to retrieve payment methods.

    If you have WooCommerce installed on a WordPress.com Business Plan or have a paid WooCommerce extension on a self-hosted site you can open a ticket while logged into your account at:

    https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

    But, if your site is self-hosted and built using the WordPress.org open software, you’ll need to seek assistance from their forums which can be found at:

    https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce
