Shipping Service Integration

    Hi. I am having trouble with integrating my website to any shipping service. I was informed about an error text ‘JSON_ERROR API Permission Not Allowed. Could you please explain it to me and guide me further?

    The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff)/. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.
