  Hello, I am having a problem with ShipStation. I’ve spoken with them many times and it seems that Woocommerce might be the problem.

  When an order is completed through ShipStation, it is suppose to then change the Woocomerce order status from ‘pending’ to ‘completed’. Since last Thursday that has not been working. Some work and some don’t

  I have the JSON files of two live examples if you would like to see them

  But if you’ve worked with ShipStation and they say it’s WooCommerce itself, could you try reaching out in the forums for WooCommerce?
