My domain expired and it’s not under purchases. Help?

Hi there,
That domain already expired in May, and have since been removed from our system. We’ll need to email our domain provider to try and get it back for you. I’ve sent you a link via email to pay for the domain renewal. Once we receive your payment we can email them.
I also have to warn you it’s possible the domain is already in redemption with our domain provider. At the moment it doesn’t look like it is, but I’ll only know for sure once I hear back from them. If they let us know the domain is indeed in redemption, we’ll have to pay them another $80 fee to get it back. So the sooner we can recover the domain, the better our chances of getting it back before it enters redemption.

Your domain is not in redemption yet, and we are still able to get it back for you, so please pay the renewal fee as soon as possible so we can restore the domain to your account. If you wait too long, the domain will enter redemption.

Just following up again. Please note that if you don’t pay for the domain via the link I emailed you on Sunday, the domain will enter redemption and you will stand the chance of losing it completely.
