‘Shop>Domain’ tabs don’t come up on my WordPress dashboard

I can access the Shop>Domain tabs which means I can not access managing my domain and therefore can not verify it or set up my email. Any help is appreciated.
Also, how WordPress don’t have a direct line of contact is beyond me. No email/live chat system? Communicating through a public forum is low grade. Very poor.

I’m not seeing any WordPress.com sites associated with the user account you are posting from. This frequently means that you have a site using the open-source WordPress software from WordPress.org, but hosted elsewhere.

WordPress the open-source software does not have a paid staff as it is a free product and all who work on it are unpaid. It’s main form of assistance is from members of the community in the WordPress.org forums:
