Hello – I’ve been troubleshooting an issue regarding a product option I created (using the ‘Product Options by Bold’ app) not appearing when embedded in the Shop section of a WordPress website. It is a ‘text input’ of the ‘short text’ variety that is meant to offer an option for a user to add custom embroidery to a product. It does appear when viewing a preview of the product in Shopify itself. I’m noticing the same issue with video files not appearing with the WordPress embed. Is there something I need to adjust in the code in order for all product options and media to display correctly with a WordPress embed? Hoping to resolve this as soon as possible because all sales are driven through the WordPress website, not through the Shopify store. Thank you!

I do not see any sites under your @mayarosetweten WordPress.com account when I check on our end.
Is it possible you created your site under a different login? Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
