Shopisle shop gone and can’t log in

    Today my site is up but shop is gone. can’t log in either, and says doesn’t recognise my email?

    I can’t log in. If I go to lost password and put in my email .i get messge says..ERROR: There is no account with that username or email address.
    Please help

    What is the URL of the site you need help with?

    We don’t offer anything on WordPress.com called “Shopisle”. If it’s a WordPress plugin or theme, you’d need to be on our Business Plan to use that, and the account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites and has never bought any upgrade plans from us. So that site is likely using WordPress at another hosting provider.
