Shopping cart for payment plan

    I am looking to pay to upgrade my website using the personal plan. However, when I first signed up, I noticed there were 3 default items in my shopping cart – all of them were free included things as part of the upgrade. I can’t remember the name of the items.

    I pressed ‘x’ on all of them, but now when I go back to my shopping cart, only one of those default items are there. I can’t seem to retrieve the other items and add them back into my shopping cart.

    Before I upgrade my plan, I would like to ensure that I can see and get those other items in my shopping cart as per the initial offer package.

    Hi there,

    The only way you would have seen 3 items is if you had added a domain and private registration in the cart along with the plan, as those are the only additional upgrades that are included for free with a plan.

    Go to My Site ->Plans and add the plan you want. After checkout go to My Site ->Domains and you’ll be able to add your free domain.
