Shortlinks with new editor

Hello, I’ve tried reading article on creating shortlinks for posts, but I can’t find any of the landmarks referenced to in the article. I am using the new editor and I don’t have a share section and the permalink section does not have a button for creating shortlinks. Is shortlink creation only available for some plans?

Be careful when using tutorials that aren’t coming from us directly. They might be referencing the other version of WordPress, which is the open source software.
