  Should I transfer my domain name to WordPress….pros and cons? Please help

  Hi there,

  Transferring to us makes it simpler in the long run, as you’ll be managing both your site and domain in the same place, and you’ll only be paying one provider for both.

  But their are also valid reasons for keeping your domain at your current provider – existing DNS records you don’t want to transfer, a unique DNS setup we don’t support, cheaper domain renewal costs at your current provider vs with us, just prefer to keep your domain and hosting separate, etc.

  So it really depends on what you feel will work best for you, and one isn’t necessarily better than the other.
