Showing excerpts of blogs on homepage.

My blog homepage is a running list of full blog posts, one after the other. I am looking to make this page show just the excerpts of each post so that visitors can easily scroll to different posts.

The Twenty Sixteen theme you’re using on that site doesn’t support automatic excerpts on the posts page, so the only way to do this is by adding the more block to each post at the point where you want the front page excerpt to cut off:
