  Dear Friends, I Need Your Help.. . In My Blog i Want To Sort Posts In Latest Order But In Front Page After 2-3 Latest Post It Showing Some Old Random Posts…Please Help Me…. My Blog Is http://www.smileq8.com

  You can’t fetch a random post on your front page. What you can do is create a link to a random post, by pasting this in a text widget for your sidebar or bottombar:
  <a href="BLOG URL HERE?random">LINK TEXT HERE</a>

  Other issues:

  a) Your front page takes extremely long to load (for a visitor with a slow connection the browser will time out before fully loading it), because you’ve set a large number of posts per page in Settings>Reading, they’re full of images and videos, and you have erroneously marked all your posts as stickies (stickies override the number of posts per page, and are meant for one important post or temporary announcement). You must unsticky the posts, set the number of posts per page to only a few, and use the read-more tag to truncate them.

  b) What are those “Sponsor” widgets? Advertising is against the wp.com TOS. Remove them and forget about them or your blog will be suspended.

  I see the broken code for a Facebook like box in your sidebar. The only Facebook like box widget you can use is found here > Appearance > Widgets > Facebook like box widget

  Locked up my browser too :(
