Sidebar Issues

    Hi! I need help with deleting the sidebar on one of my pages. I did it successfully on all other pages, but cannot remember how to. All of the sidebar content is gone but there is a space being saved for it, so my content will not stretch wide.

    The site at http://payneashlyn.wordpress.com/ is completely empty. Can you please confirm the site you need help with?

    This depends on your theme – some themes collapse the sidebar if it’s empty, while others keep the sidebar there even if there’s nothing in it.

    Your theme could also have a full-width template option for posts and/or pages, where it hides the sidebar even if there’s content in the sidebar.

    If your theme doesn’t offer a full-width template, and doesn’t auto-collapse the sidebar, the only way to remove the sidebar is to hide it using CSS.
