sidebars not appearing in Twenty Fourteen theme

    After years of use, all of a sudden there are no left and right sidebars on my main page with the Twenty Fourteen theme. . Also the posts are cut off horizontally.
    The About page looks about the way the the site should look.
    Looking at the widgets in customize, they seem to be set up correctly.
    The site is dynabar.wordpress,com

    Hi –

    When checking the site with Google Chrome browser I can see both the left and right sidebars and widgets.

    – what browser type and version number are you using?
    – does the site look different with a different browser?
    – please grab a screen shot of what you see and put it in the site’s media library

    I have corrected the problem.
    I had missed substituting symbols for a few brackets in my code.
    Also even with substitute symbols, div can not be used or it will be interpreted literally, which is what happened.
    An interpreted division was expanded to its size, overlapping the sidebars.
    I know about that but I was a little careless this time.
