    I’m trying to help a non-profit museum regain access to their website. A volunteer set the set the sight up and managed the content for a while but sadly now has alzheimer’s and cannot recall the username and password for us. Is there any way to get back into the website? Thank you for your help with this.

    Hi there,

    sierraloggingmuseum.org appears to be both registered and hosted with GoDaddy.com, not with us. So you’ll need to contact GoDaddy support for help with this instead.

    There is still a domain mapping upgrade for that domain connected to the WordPress.com site, snlm.wordpress.com, but the domain is not currently pointed to that site.
