  I tried numerous user names and password combinations but am unable to sign in to account 222444. How do I get my registered user name so I can create a new password or use the one on record? How do I contact word press? Ed Gale

  Hi Ed, can you send a link to the site you are trying to access, or the username you’re trying to log in with?

  the site is chemfreesystemsinc.com and the problem I am having is I don’t know exactly what my user name is on record. I thought it was my email address, (email visible only to moderators and staff) or ed gale. Thanks

  Ah okay, this site isn’t actually hosted with us, and it doesn’t appear to be using our Jetpack service either. So you may not have a login for our servers.

  But if you can get access to your hosting with Hostgator, these instructions from WordPress.org can help you regain access to your account:
