sign in through downloaded app

    I downloaded the desktop app, but cannot sign in through it, using the email name and password I set up the account with. Do I need another password?What can I do?

    Hi there,

    The WordPress desktop app uses the exact same email/username and password combination that is used to log into your WordPress.com account on the web.

    Are you trying to log into the app using your pjmoreton58 username account? Please try using both the username and the email address you have connected to this username, and make sure you’re typing your password correctly.
