sign on info not displaying on desktop version

    How can I ensure everyone (phone-ok, laptop-not sure, desktop-no signon) is able to signup and participate in blog?.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    Your site is public, meaning anyone with an internet connection can access it, and anyone with an email address or a WordPress.com account can subscribe to updates.

    I see the action bar with the follow button just fine on your site on a desktop computer, in the bottom-right corner.

    Note the action bar is hidden if one scrolls down on a site. When you scroll up it becomes visible again.
