  Hi, I’d like to be able to embed a Sign up Now box like on http://blog.learnremoteviewing.com/ to collect followers names and emails. Can you suggest how I could do this please?

  There is no specific newsletter/email submission widget on WordPress.com. However, you can use a custom contact form to collect email addresses for visitors to your site who are interested in receiving a newsletter: http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form
