Signed up with incorrect email address

  I signed up with an incorrect email address, therefore, i cannot change my email address or post anything without conforming my account. But of course the confirmation has gone to an email address that is not mine as I gave an incorrect one! I would just close my account, but then i would lose the name i want!! What can I do!!!!!!!! help me please!!

  You can change your email address to the correct one in your account settings here: https://wordpress.com/settings/account/

  You’ll get a confirmation email at your new email address. You can click the link in that email to confirm the new email address. If you run into any trouble with that, please let me know. :)
