  Why does it say “user allendebbieinchina cannot access the dashboard requested” every time I log in? When I first started my blog I never had this problem.

  Do you have two username accounts? if so then you must be logged in under the same username account that registered the blog in question. Log out of wordpress.com, clear your browser cache and cookies, then log in again under the correct username account.
