Signing up for Premium Plan

    Hello,

    Last year our organization paid about $50 to have extra storage on our site for audio downloads. Please understand this is a non-profit run by volunteers, so management of the site is always changing. I recently tried to upload a file and it said we were 250% over our allotted storage. A few questions:

    1. Does that mean our previous plan expired?
    2. Is the $100/annual plan our only option to get more storage space?

    Yes, the upgrade recently expired under your account.

    2. Is the $100/annual plan our only option to get more storage space?

    Check your manage purchases page and see what you can renew. =)
