SImfo Theme – use menu icon

  Hi, Is it possible to use a 3-bar menu icon instead of the word menu? How easy is this to alter, and can we have the design and colour we want?

  Hi there, right now I’m seeing the Boardwalk theme on your site and it is displaying the 3-bar menu icon. Did you change themes?

  In general, to do this sort of change, it would require Custom CSS, which is part of the WordPress.com Premium plan upgrade. You can try out and preview custom CSS before you buy as explained here.

  Ah, and I see you were wanting to do that on Simfo. It can be done with custom CSS. I’ll figure this out for you and then you can try the code.

  Hmmm, the font that has the 3-bar menu icon is not loaded in Simfo, and there is no way for me to load that with CSS here at WordPress.com.
