Simple way to add my blog into my website?

Hi.. I’m not very technically minded but have managed to set up my blog but now wondering if anyone can give me some simple instructions as to how I can integrate it into my website please? I want to ideally have a column within an existing page on my website that is kind of like a ‘ticker’ to show posts and with a link to the full blog if they want it. Help!

WordPress.com vs WordPress.org:The DifferencesIf your website has the ability to draw from an RSS feed If so, then this is the RSS feed for the blog linked to your user name for posts (entries) http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/feed/ and this is the RSS feed Url for your comments http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/comments/feed/
If your website is NOT equipped to draw from RSS feeds then do be aware we do not provide support for that. We support only wordpress.COM free hosted blogs here.
You will have to write something in PHP or javascript to do that. Here are a couple options:
