simultanous posting (?)

    I need all posts from my person blog to appear on another wordpress – I hope I’m making myself clear and sorry if this is a question that is already on the forums – I couldn’t find an exact answer…
    I have a blog charting some of my thoughts on my PhD, but my supervisor would like those to be hosted on a section of her her/the departments blog, too. She’s given me a password and log in for the dept’s one, so its a self-contained site… but rather than the time consuming cutting and pasting of each post, is there a way to link the posts I make on mine to automatically appear on theirs?
