Since i changed my blogname nobody is coming on my blog now :(

  Hello. I changed my blogname from theylovemissjones to thesundaymorningteapress, and now just one or two People are coming on my Website per week… before there were 10 a day and now there are 0-1 visitors a day. how can i get my viewersback? Do i have to Register somewhere or what can i do? pls help me. thx

  Hi there,

  When you change your blog address (for example, changing it from theylovemissjones.wordpress.com to thesundaymorningteapress.wordpress.com) and delete the old address entirely, there isn’t a way to redirect visitors from the old address to the new one. That is, people will need to go to the address to see your blog — if they visit your old address theylovemissjones.wordpress.com they won’t be able to get to the new address automatically.

  You may want to try writing a post to announce the new address for your blog, so your followers know where to find you, and if you use any social media (like Facebook or Twitter) you can also announce it there. That way, people will know to go to your new address to find your blog.
