  Still processing from a week ago. It’s a 20.1MB file.

  Given past forum responses, I believe you’ll need to break up your export file into smaller files. Is the site you exported from still online?

  Yes, it is. Right now it still says processing and it will not reset.

  Hi @lostinryan, I’ve removed the stuck import. Can you remove any unmoderated and spam comments, and then try making your export once more?
