  I paid for a site but it is telling me that I only have the free version

  @raynesio yes I know that but when I go into it it says I have no purchase or billing history but on my bank statement I can see that I did purchase a website

  @padejaa, what’s the address of the site you upgraded? It’s possible you created it under a different account.
  Check the email address where the receipt was sent, and use that address to log into the correct account.
