Site Access / Site Not Connected to Jetpack persisting

  Hello I have been experiencing difficulty managing my site and the contents of the site so I am writing to request aid in this matter, I am persistently getting an error that my site isn’t connected to jetpack although i’ve already implemented the solutions suggested on the questions sections. Additionally whenever i try to log into my WP Admin my browser gives me the error that cookies are not enabled however they are enabled. please offer me assistance as this is very delicate for me managing my business.
