Site Address Issue / Site Not Working

  I was updating my site and received a notification that there were security issues and I should change my address from http:// to https://.

  I did this and now the site won’t work and I can’t get back to into the admin.

  A page comes up that says “Warning: Potential Security Risk” and it says to notify the administrator, which is me…

  Please help!
