Hello,
I purchased freelance work from Fiverr and since then I have been unable to log into my site. When I try to change the password it says my username is not recognized, however I have the initial set up emails to prove it is my account. Additionally, within wordpress there is an error message next to my site that says it cannot be accessed. Please help! I have been unable to get in touch with the freelance person.

If that isn’t working, your host may be able to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options:
