Site Administrator Access

    I am working for the agency tasked to manage an older site (circa 2018)
    I am currently an administrator to the account, however, there is a ‘super-admin’ level that we need access to upgrade and edit the content. All other employees listed do not have access and/or not employed by the company. What steps need to be taken to gain access to this super-admin level? We need to make critical changes and I’m not sure who else to turn to – can you please assist?

    To get help with that you need to contact your hosting provider (Network Solutions) or the person who developed the site.
