Site already built by someone else, need WP to maintain

    Hi
    We recently paid an outside company to build our site using WordPress. We are going to be maintaining the site ourselves, in house.

    – What is the best WP option if site is built and we are just maintaining?
    – What info do we need from the builder to maintain the site? We can probably get this from them but thought you could advise as well.
    – Do you have any training resources for maintaining a site? Example: periodically uploading a press release or modify a product page.
