Site Back up….

  We want to update our WordPress but we get a warning that says…

  ‘MAKE SURE YOUR SITE IS BACKED UP’

  Not sure if that is the case or how to back it up?

  Can you help us with this?

  Hi there,

  Please don’t post personal details like phone numbers in the forum. This forum is public, and anyone with internet access can see information you post here.

  Your site is not using WordPress.com, but the open source WordPress.org software, so we cannot help you make a backup of the site. You should be able to make backups using your hosting provider’s control panel, or you can install a plugin that does that for you.

  I see you have the site connected here using the Jetpack plugin. If you upgrade to one of Jetpack’s paid plans, those include real-time backup functionality as well. You can find more information here:
