Site backup access

  I backed up my website to a file with wordpress and needed to grab a little bit of info from my old website, but when I open the backup on wordpress it has all the info I need hidden and I have to pay to access. I was told I could open up my sites backup after it was shut down to grab this information. I need to just get everything I wrote from the copper crossing page.   Hi there,

  The only sites I see on your @skyler213 WordPress.com account when I check on our end are listed here:

  • https://skyler2137.wordpress.com/
  • https://skyler213.wordpress.com/

  Both of those sites were created in the last 24 hours so they would not have any backup data associated with them.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login that we are not able to see?  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
