  Am getting this error message trying to go to my website but no idea how to resolve: Warning! ‘Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.’ Is this a payment issue????? HELP

  The site I need help with is masseyproductions47625418.wordpress.com.

  The domain mapping upgrade for that site did indeed expire on November 29 when it was not renewed.

  We sent several emails to the owner of the upgrade (not the WordPress.com account you’re currently logged in under) both before and after it expired.

  You can map the domain again by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/domains/map-existing-domain/

  I rely heavily on emailed invoices and notifications of account expirations, etc but I have NEVER received any emails from WordPress. My primary e-mail address is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  The upgrade was owned by the other administrator on the site, guessing by the username someone named Tom, so they would have received the emails.
