Site being blacklisted

My website has been blacklisted even though it is clean from malware. I’ve done several scans but every time someone visits my website, it looks like it is infected. I really need this taken care of as it is impacting my business. Please help!

The malware warning is from Google, and if you click the “Why was this page blocked?” button, they’ll offer steps to dispute the claim.

Oh good, thanks for your reply! It seems that people who have visited the site before are the ones receiving the warning, so I’m guessing people just need to empty their cache? Although I did do a scan of it at Securi and the site still came up as blacklisted. I’ll contact Google. Thanks again!

I saw the warning as well, but I didn’t see anything wrong with the site itself.
The warning comes from a blacklist that browsers download from Google. The downloads aren’t real time, I believe each browser downloads the list once a day, so it is possible that some may not see the warning.
Also, there’s the small percentage of folks who don’t use Google’s list.
