Site Bounces emails Reset

    Hi new here,
    I have taken over site and some members are saying not receiving emails.
    I have checked and found 10 members are showing Bounced.
    How to reset and clear as I have found this can only be done with wordpress.
    Site is using MailPoet and info so tells me that this plugin is not at fault as when I change from Bounced to Subscriber it tries to send and later it is listed as bounced again.

    Yes I have confirmed email address is correct with user, I have confirmed by sending email from my personal mail and site accounts in my Domain and from direct domain account and email is confirmed.
