Sorry to hear that! These forums are actually for the free sites on our services, but I see you’re using Jetpack. There’s a rewind / backup service you might be using with that. If so (note it is a paid service), you can reach out here:
Otherwise, one of these ideas might help:
– Check to see if you have an admin email with clues
– Ask your host to check error logs
– If this happened with a recent theme or plugin update or install, you can manually remove one like so (especially if it’s mentioned in errors):
