Site cannot be accessed

Hi, I have just updated my site URL to 365smartrepair and now i can’t access anything. How can this be resolved? Thanks.

I just checked, and your domain 365smartrepair.co.uk is loading the site (I see the coming soon page). I think you weren’t seeing the site immediately because the domain was recently pointed to the WordPress.com nameservers.
Nameserver changes can take up to 72 hours to take effect. During this time, you may not see the site at all times, and it’s normal.
Can you check now and see if it’s still not loading?

Thanks, yes I have access now. I didn’t realise the Nameserver change would remove my access. I couldn’t use live chat – as the site couldn’t be accessed the send message button was inactive.
