Site cannot be accessed – now disconnected

I was getting an error message saying the site could not be accessed and the only option I was given was to disconnect site. I did this thinking I would be able to fix the problem and then reconnect but now it’s gone from my dashboard and I can’t access it at all. Does anyone know how/if I can get it back ? the site is theadventuresofabel.com

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That isn’t the site I need help with at all it’s theadventuresofabel.com

  • Hi there,

Do you mean you disconnected Jetpack? You’ll need to log into the site’s WP-Admin dashboard in order to reconnect it.

Go to http://theadventuresofabel.com/wp-admin and log in there using the admin password you set when you created the site. This will not be the same as your WordPress.com username and password. Once you’re logged in, click on Jetpack in the menu to reconnect.

That said, if I click on http://theadventuresofabel.com/ nothing is loading for me, so it looks like something is wrong with your site itself. You’ll need to contact your hosting provider for help getting it back online, as we don’t have any access to your site to help you do that.
