Site cannot be reached through wifi
-
Hi, I’m having issues loading my site (both the .net and wp-admin) when I am connected to my home wifi. I used to be able to load the pages, but for some reason my router is blocking them now.
I can access the sites using a VPN or cellular data so the problem has to be on the router side.
I have tried rebooting my router and clearing Chrome’s cookies and cache (the problem happens on any device connected to the router so flushing DNS doesn’t help either even though I tried). I even tried adding the site to my router’s ‘Allowed Sites’ list on myfiosgateway.com.
I may have to contact Verizon, but I was hoping there would be an easier solution on my end.
Would love some other suggestions.

Hi there, does this help? https://www.verizon.com/support/troubleshooting-wifi-connection-video/ If not, you’ll want to consult your ISP for help.
For future info, this support forum you’ve posted to assists users with free websites hosted on the WPcom platform. WPcom (where we are ) and WP are separate entities with different documentation and support forums. More information about the differences can be found here: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
And for help with your site using the open source WP software, head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.
Best wishes
