Site cant be reached

I tried to set up the email from name cheap last night and when i thought i was done setting it up i tried to get back into wordpress(through name cheap like normal) to link the buisness email address to wordpress website, it was just telling me that the site cant be reached to try again , or to check the typ error. Im not good at this yet and i dont know what wrong thing i clicked. Also i must have accidentally created a new account on wordpress (looktohimmusic.com) trying to install a plugin called jet pack. (Im not sure how i did that, i was just trying to link jet pack to my wordpress ccount. So i need to get ride of that extra site thats empty. Thanks for your time.

Apologies, but we can’t help with your issue directly because we don’t host looktohimmusic.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting.
To explain, we are a fully managed hosting provider and use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress, provides built-in security and performance improvements, as well as in-house support for your site questions.
Because of the way we’ve optimized our service, we also use a customized version of WordPress that is different (under the hood) from what you use at your current provider. As a result, we do not have access to your site and are not familiar with the source of your issue.
You definitely have the option to move your site to us so we can provide in-house help, but as it stands now, we cannot help since it is hosted elsewhere.
