Site charge me full price for upgrade

    I purchased the personal plan just now and would like to upgrade it to premium. The personal plan costs HKD$30 per month while the premium costs HKD$33 per month. So, I am supposed to pay $3 more per month. However, when I try to upgrade, the site charge me full price (i.e. $33 per month). What should I do to just pay the price difference to upgrade?

    Hi there,

    The cost you see for Premium is a discounted cost that has already subtracted the amount you just paid for the Personal Plan from the total cost for Premium.

    The cost of Premium is HK$63. You’ve paid HK$30 for the Personal Plan, so need to pay another HK$33 to upgrade to Premium.

    Also note that is the monthly cost. Payment is for a full year in advance, so you’ve already paid HK$360 and it’s another HK$396 to upgrade to Premium.
