Site completely inaccessible: ‘ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT’

So one of the websites for one of the families companies completely broke recently, and by completely broken I mean that when trying to access it google gives you the ‘ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT’ error page.
As the website was made years ago by someone we have no way of contacting anymore, we can’t fiddle with it from the website dashboard and of course we can’t fiddle with it the normal way as we can’t get on it in the first place.
As far as I know we didn’t receive any email regarding why this has happened, so presumably it hasn’t been deliberately taken down.The website in question is walsinghamclinic.com if that is of any aid.
