Site Content lost when domain was transferred elsewhere
-
I am in the process of beginning a new site have successfully transferred the domain name. Once the domain transfer was successful, however, I signed back onto my wp account and I no longer have access to my site content. The only things that I can view are comments on blog posts and statistics. Any link to a blog post leads me to a page that says ‘We don’t have that post on record yet.’ There is a red exclamation point next to the site name in the top left corner that says ‘this site cannot be accessed’ and then there’s an option to ‘disconnect the site.’ I’m afraid to do that in the case that I would lose all my content then. How do I regain access to my old site’s content?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I don’t see any WordPress.com sites in your account, which tells me you were already using your domain with another hosting provider. If you switched your domain to a different host without first exporting your content from your old host, it means your content is still on the old host’s servers, but now you can’t access those files as the domain is no longer connected to the server.
You’ll need to contact your previous hosting provider and ask them for a backup of your site’s files on their servers. Then you should be able to upload that to your new host’s servers via FTP.
The Disconnect Site option you see here on WordPress.com refers to the Jetpack connection to your site. Disconnecting it will have no impact on access to your content, but neither will reconnecting.
