  What is the URL of the site in question? It doesn’t look like you have had a site under the account you are contacting us from. In order to potentially restore the site, you would need to reach us from the account that owned and deleted the site.

  Did you happen to delete the account associated with the site as well?

  I’m afraid volosbet.com does not appear to have ever been hosted with WordPress.com.

  Could it have been a site built with the WordPress open-source software from WordPress.org, but hosted with another webhost?
