  We tried installing WordPress HTTPS on our website but now we can’t get to the admin pages of our website. Apparently the site keeps redirecting too many times and the connection times out. Any ideas how to solve this?

  When using our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com you are not required to install anything.

  It sounds like you might have been working with the open source WordPress installation instead. That’s a different version of WordPress and help for it comes from https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ or your hosting provider.
