Site crashed, login not working

Help! I am getting the following warning message when I try to access the website for the small nonprofit that I work for:
‘Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /home/customer/www/ucrwg.org/public_html/wp-content/themes/salient/nectar/redux-framework/ReduxCore/inc/class.redux_filesystem.php on line 29
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/customer/www/ucrwg.org/public_html/wp-content/themes/salient/nectar/redux-framework/ReduxCore/inc/class.redux_filesystem.php:29) in /home/customer/www/ucrwg.org/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1329’
I get the same thing when I try to access the administrator login page that I have bookmarked on my desktop. When I tried to login to the site as an admin through a WordPress login link, I was told that my password was incorrect (I copy and pasted from the password file that I have on my local drive) and when I generated the ‘forgot password’ email, the email never showed up in my in-box. Our site is hosted by SiteGround, but I can’t access that account either. What is going on and how can I fix this? Help please! Thanks so much!
The site I need help with is ucrwg.org. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Siteground.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can find more information here about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
https://wordpress.org/support/ is a great resource for sites using the open source WordPress.org software, and you can find support for that at: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Your hosting provider’s support team may also be able to assist.
