  The only site I see under your @zswan91d2eb1027 WordPress.com account when I check on our end. is:

  I checked the site I see on your account but it do not match the issue you are describing. Is the issue with a different site that you do not see listed here, but is possibly under a different login instead?  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
